Class Booking & Attendance Agreement

By booking a class with KeramoStudio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals disrupt the class experience and instruction for other participants.

If you arrive late (later than 10 minutes from a class start time):

• You will not be allowed to join the class
• No rescheduling, refunds, or credits will be provided

This policy applies regardless of the reason for lateness, including traffic, parking issues, or personal circumstances.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled class and do not notify us in advance:

• Your booking will be considered a no-show
• No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be offered

Missed classes cannot be transferred to another date or participant.

4. No Rescheduling for Late or Missed Classes

Because classes require preparation, limited seating, and instructor availability:

• Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling
• All class bookings are considered final

5. Exceptions

Exceptions are not guaranteed and are made solely at the discretion of KeramoStudio in rare circumstances such as studio cancellation.

6. Acknowledgment

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. Failure to comply does not exempt you from these terms.
